This technology allows us to detect hidden stress, tension, and imbalances that may be affecting your health long before symptoms appear.
Each scan is quick, painless, and safe for all ages—including infants and pregnant moms. The results are displayed in easy-to-understand graphics, helping you see exactly where your body is holding onto stress and how well your nervous system is coping.
How Does the Insight Scan Work?
The Insight Scan includes three main assessments, each providing unique information about your nervous system:
Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Assesses how well your body adapts to stress by measuring changes in your heart rate. This is a key indicator of your overall wellness and resilience.
Surface Electromyography (sEMG): Measures muscle activity and tension along the spine. This helps us detect muscular imbalances and pinpoint areas where stress may be affecting your nervous system, even before you feel discomfort.
Thermal Scanning: Detects temperature changes along the spine, highlighting areas of inflammation or “stuck” stress (subluxations). These can impact organ and gland function, and indicate where deeper issues may be present.

First Appointment
At your first chiropractic appointment at Simply Well Chiropractic, we will do an Insight Scan, a thorough examination and (hopefully) your first adjustment. This appointment will take about 30-40 minutes. Please fill out the paperwork prior to coming.
$150 (cash price, no insurance)Please note, patients with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Buckeye Medicaid, Buckeye Commerical, Molina Medicaid, Molina Commercial and Medicare may have a different first treatment fee. Insurance will not cover the Insight Scan. The scan is $50. If a patient needs x-rays, other fees may apply.
Second Appointment
We want you to understand how your body is functioning and how we can best support your body. Your second visit will begin with a conversation with Dr. Faith where she will go over the exam and Insight Scan results. After deciding your best course of action, Dr. Faith will adjust you.
